We will be taking a look at your current internal and external operations, tools, processes and procedures, across multiple departments and help you to understand negative and positive trends and how they relate back to your business health. Some of the topics we cover include team training, customer journey, documentation, marketing-to-sales hand off, production, finances, and more. We identify and correct communication gaps and weaknesses while setting the stage for optimization in other areas.
HOW IT WORKS
The Business Audit Program by KR1STNA Media includes three or more virtual meetings, a full audit, and a documented report and analysis from our team. We also offer full project management to help you and your team execute next steps after our program is completed.
Process: These meetings are private, confidential and strictly between your team and the KR1STNA Media team. We begin with one initial Full Analysis Meeting hosted on Zoom (two hours long), followed by one follow up Data Review Meeting (one hour long). Finally, we will finish the program with a Pilot Program meeting.
The goal of the Business Audit Program by KR1STNA Media is to effectively outline key objectives, provide powerful recommendations and define actionable steps to rapidly scale and/or diagnose your business-related challenges. After the program is complete, your team will have details outlined through the audit framework and clear expectations set on how to move forward with KR1STNA Media programs and professional services.

How To Register For A Business Audit Program
The Business Audit Program helps you better understand your organization’s current internal/external processes & procedures. This is usually a 4 hour paid consultation set over the course of several meetings and includes 2 additional hours of planning, research, and reporting completed by the KR1STNA Media team.

The Full Analysis – This is the first phase of meetings in the Business Audit Program are usually about 2 hours long. Sometimes they are broken down by team members so that KR1STNA Media can get detailed insight from the professionals controlling the very specific systems we dive into. A series of questions and answers will be discussed between teams. Presentations may be required to review processes and procedures in detail.

The Data Review – This is the second phase of meetings in the program, 1 hour or more. This is a follow up for additional information and a review of the current information provided. KR1STNA Media will dig deeper into the data to learn the ins and outs of your business in order to offer insightful recommendations by the end of the program.

The Pilot Program Agreement – This is the final phase of meetings in the program, 1 hour or more. KR1STNA Media will review with your team, in detail, the findings of the audit including but not limited to departmental deficiencies, areas of improvement, communication enhancement, strategy for any resolutions necessary, action plans for marketing and sales, high-level campaign details, budget requirements, and timelines. The signing of the Pilot Program follows the meeting via email. Payments are due before the first Pilot Program meeting.

Planning Next Steps: Phase II or More Phase I?
Our Business Audit Programs consist of at least three meetings but sometimes there is a need for more. We will use the last few minutes in each meeting to plan next steps. This may consist of whether we continue to dive into Phase I or if we should move to Phase II.

During Phase II or, the Data Review Phase, we’ll review our deep dive into your business data through an exclusive report by our team. We will offer insightful recommendations for improvement. Our data-driven insights will guide actionable plans and marketing strategies that align with your business goals.
Detailed Report
Receive a detailed report that encapsulates the valuable insights. This comprehensive report showcases a thorough analysis of your business’s performance, based on the data collected during Phase I.

During Phase III, we introduce the Pilot Program Agreement which is a 3, 6, or 12 month Agreement that will have us collaborating closely with your team to continually outline strategies, campaigns, and departmental enhancements to achieve your business objectives.
Alignment and Expectations
We ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and have clear expectations for the pilot program, ensuring a smooth and coordinated execution. By the end of Phase III, our Pilot Program Agreement will be signed and we’ll prepare to the Onboarding Phase.
Budget and Timelines
The final meeting covers budget requirements and timelines for the proposed initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and project management for the upcoming weeks.
